Beginning its operations in 2001, the company has undergone a continued development and has acquired immense experience in real estate management, confident leader status, and reputation as a reliable business partner.

The first step on the way to this accomplishment was a creation of a real estate department as a part of the Octave companies group owned by the Ukrainian businessman Alexander Kardakov. The strategy included relationships development with state and commercial service providers, creation and adaptation of the company business models followed by corporate restructuring, improvement of project management efficiency, a creation of leasing and technical support departments.

After obtaining experience, the company took over the first large commercial real estate site, COMPASS FM (B+ class) and, after demonstrating a significant increase in the number of contracts and work performed through the expansion of services portfolio, continued to actively develop, optimize business processes and increase efficiency of work with customers.

2013 – 2014 are the years of the creation of COMPASS FM and its entry into the top positions after it began providing real estate management and maintenance services in 24 regions of the country. At the same time, the company was included in the list of “Top-8 most sought-after management companies of Ukraine”, which was facilitated by the introduction of a new control system that allowed to manage simultaneously more than 400 real estate objects of more than 100 thousand square meters in total.

Since 2015, COMPASS FM has also provided facility management services to the offices of international companies – a total area of ​​6,860 square meters. The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system has been implemented.

Currently, the company is a member of the European Business Association and, without stopping at the achieved goals level, continues to develop new courses of business.
